Shipping and Handling

Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping costs, which may not be calculated until your order is being prepared.

We will notify you of any increase in shipping charges prior to billing and shipment.

Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS within the continental United States.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations will incur additional charges.

Delivery Time
Please allow 4–10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items within the continental U.S.
Additional time may be required for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders.

Consolidated Shipments
Orders will be shipped together whenever possible.

Returns and Exchanges

General Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date.
Items must be in new condition and include all original packaging and instructions.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges

Include a copy of your packing list with all returns

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be preauthorized and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Scenarios

Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect item:

No additional charges will apply

We will replace the item and cover shipping costs

Incorrect Size

No exchange fee

Customer pays all shipping charges

Customer Order Error

No restocking fee

Customer pays shipping

Replacement item must be at least 75% of original value

Return Shipping Instructions

Ship via prepaid UPS or USPS

Insure shipment for full value

Use original packaging

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return / Exchange Instructions

Include:

Copy of packing list or invoice

Detailed return or exchange instructions

Send all returns and exchanges to the dealership.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to in-state orders as required by law.

Backorders

If an item is backordered, you will be notified via email.

Orders delayed more than 30 days: You will have the option to cancel

Backorders are fulfilled before new orders once inventory is available
